
ChapCare’s Certified Enrollment Counselors can help you enroll in a Covered California Qualified Health Plan, Medi-Cal, or the Los Angeles County My Health LA Program. The Counselors will walk you through your health insurance options, and help you complete your application to access a health insurance plan.
Post-Enrollment Support
Once you have enrolled in health insurance there is still a lot to be done. In some instances you will need to select a health plan and/or medical home. ChapCare’s Certified Enrollment Counselors can assist you with all of your post-enrollment questions, and help you navigate the health insurance system to effectively use your health insurance.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, ChapCare has temporarily changed the way it delivers services to help reduce the spread of the virus. These changes have been made to protect our patients, our employees, and our community.
We now offer free health insurance enrollment services, Monday – Friday 8am – 12pm and 1:00pm – 5:00pm, exclusively through telephone appointments. There will be no in-person enrollment appointments until further notice.
