ChapCare Is Now Offering Telephone Visits

     You can speak to your provider from the comfort of your own home.

     Appointments for adult medicine, pediatrics, behavioral health and substance use counseling, health insurance enrollment, and advice with how to effectively use your medications are available by phone.

* Dental services are currently only available for emergencies (in-person) at our Fair Oaks Health Center in Pasadena.

Our pharmacy is able to deliver your medications directly to your doorstep; no need to wait in line at a community pharmacy!

COVID-19 Testing Available at Two ChapCare Locations

ChapCare Kathryn Barger Health Center

…..Following Governor Gavin Newsom’s recent announcement to add more than 80 community-testing sites, two new testing sites opened at ChapCare’s Vacco Health Center in South El Monte and ChapCare’s Kathryn Barger Health Center in Pasadena. Appointments, testing, and results are overseen by OptumServe, the federal government health services business of Optum.

…..Testing will be by appointment only. You can schedule an appointment by visiting https://lhi.care/covidtesting. For those without internet, appointments can be made by calling (888) 634-1123.

Keeping our Sites Clean and Safe

     We follow the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines to keep our health centers clean and safe.

  • All ChapCare staff are screened daily for COVID-19
  • We are regularly disinfecting all surfaces and cleaning our waiting rooms
  • We are utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment
  • All visitors must wear a mask while inside of ChapCare facilities in compliance with Governor Newsom’s statewide mandate
