supporters small: CHAP is supported by service fees, contracts, grants, and donations from individuals. Service fees and contracts meet 65% of CHAP's annual expenses; the rest of the funds must be raised through grants and donations from individuals.

Most of our foundation funding is given for a specially designated purpose. That means that donations from individuals are especially valuable to CHAP because they help us meet general operating costs--things like paying the rent and purchasing medical supplies.

Donations to CHAP are tax deductible.
