Here's a map to find us...
From East:
Take the 210 freeway west toward Pasadena.
After you pass the Lake Avenue exit, stay to the right and continue on the 210 west toward San Fernando.
Exit at Lincoln Aveune.
Turn right at the bottom of the off ramp. This will put you on Lincoln Ave.
Go to Montana (second light) and turn right.
Go to Fair Oaks and turn right.
The clinic is located on the right hand side at the southwest corner of Fair Oaks and Tremont. There is parking in front of the building (enter from Fair Oaks) and behind the building (enter from Tremont). Parking is free of charge.
From West
Take the 134 Freeway toward Pasadena. After you pass the San Rafael exit, keep to the right and take the 210 freeway west toward San Fernando.
Exit at Lincoln Avenue, and follow directions as above.
